I think Gallente Drop ships are harder to take out since you can spot a forge gun guy and "should" be smart enough to not fly near a rail gun installation. Never flew a Gallente DS but I been in 1 and it took a long time for swarm launchers to even bring it down to armor. I fly a Incubus DS btw but I'm not fully speced in it.

Unless you mean STD gallente dropships.

I liked the Armor one personally, but if you're looking to crash more towards the end of the match instead of around the middle or beginning, you might want to stick with the Shield one. You need all the mobility you can get, good luck aiming that bad boy.

Texs Red SVER True Blood Unclaimed. 22	Posted - 2013.05.29 04:10:00 - [19] - Quote I use all vehicles Gallente, including the Incubus, and it has been my experience that gallente ADS have a bit more HP and are easier to fit a AB on (which helps with forge guns immensely from my experience) so they have a bit better ability vs ground vehicles. While I have not flown a Caldari ADS it have had several dog fights with them and my perception is that they handle a bit better and have a slightly higher flight ceiling (mostly likely due to having no armor plates), so in terms of arial superiority they are a slightly better option than Gallente. However an AB is a bit of a wildcard for the Gallente as it gives a sudden burst of speed the Caldari will have a hard time compensating for but it also changes your flight mechanics so practice with it is required to turn it into an advantage instead of just making it difficult for both of you.
