I got my hands on my core repair tool thanks to the respec. I am now a more dedicated logistics then i was previous. I use the AR, but not because it's good, i just need some way to effectively defend my self and since i've been using it since Beta, even if it gets a nerf here or there, i'll stick to my AR for what i use it for.
Just as an added note. I have systems hacking 3, and minmatar logi-suits. Nothing is safe from my 50% increased hacking speed. |

Advanced Medium and Logi Gallente with Assault Rifles for me; basically got rid of all the stuff I was testing out [caldari basics, scrambler, flaylock...]
Did NOT go Tac AR though, I personally really dislike the thing. |

Minmatar Assault from Minmatar Scout. I can speed fit the Minmatar Assault and it's just a tad slower than the scout. Will eventually train up both scout and logistics though anyway, duct tape ftw

Was running an basic Medium Frame Amarr proto with Duvolle tac.
The plan was to jump on the bandwagon and go over to Caldari Logi and shield tank like a boss.
At the last second though I said screw it wen't back to Basic Amarr proto and used my extra SP to Proto out Swarms.

At the start of the fight, I square up and look constipated. Sixteen scouts run at me in waves of two or three, jamming themselves directly on my knives. I down the last one with the only few steps I do in the match, and I say something about justice. |

After falling in love with my alt scout i switched from logistics into a full (somewhat) scout build.
I had around 5 million SP to play with.
My other ALT put 3.9 million SP into an AV build. |

Gallente Logi with Repair Tool + Uplinks + Nanites later on I'll get some Remote Explosives plus he's armor tanked so he's got 500 armor makes me slower but lets me run into fights to rev people without getting gunned down quickly |

considering the new dropsuit racial variants (amar scouts, caldalri heavies, etc.) placeholds that could be coming, i havent spend my sp yet. but if theres no word on those suits soon, i might spec into a better knifing role anyway |

I didn't change to much from what I had before really aside from not specing into amarr heavy 1 and forge gun 4, I'm a logi at heart so used the extra SP from that to upgrade modules and spec'd into the Sever suit again now it's not such a sink, only got basic weapon stuff and just plan to let my SP pool for a while now. |

Only spending 1 or 2 million SP on core skills only, including scout core skills (profile dampening, precision enhancement and range extension) since I'm scout all the way.
No weapon or suit skills until new stuff comes out.....

Figured out I can max out my Python build for around 7.4M SP. I happen to have 7.3M, so 100K more to go. After that, I'm getting a sniper Gunnlogi at 8.6K SP, and then I'll start stockpiling my SP. |

After i got all the basics for what i needed i had about 4mil left, after i got certain skills maxed out which i did need i still have 1.4mil free

Seriously though, didn't waste loads of SP on Dropsuit Core Upgrades 5, and put them into better equipment instead. |

I got Proto Minnie Scout, Proto Shotguns, Proto Kins, Proto Flaylock, Enhanced + Basic Shield Ext.
I run at about 10.53m/s with 300 eHP.
And I am now speccing into Madrugars and Nova Knives. |

Great build, it's what I ran before the respec. The knive/flaylock combo works really well with speed. Just don't forget to ALWAYS flank your prey and to pick your fights wisely. If there are more than 2 targets, don't engage them head on ;) |

That's true, I should have mentioned that. I'm fine with sacrificing a little speed, though. it fits with my playing style and I actually seem to be able to control my aim better as a result.

Yeah, well good luck trying to take advantage of all those equipment slots after filling out your 5 high powered and 4 low powered module slots. I couldn't fit more than one piece of equipment with my K17/D Nanohive, even with CPU and PG skills maxed out. Just because there are 3 equipment slots, doesn't mean you can use them all
For me, the armor repping is big because I'm armor tanking, but for others, they may be able to take advantage of more than one piece of standard equipment in the fitting. |
