Art team has not only Suits and vehicles to make but art assets as well as technical art, the art of looking prettier while not melting your ps3. This is probably the most time consuming portion of their work.
Skill tree is designed not to be capped but CCP does recognize there are some issues between having passive bonuses, bonuses that effect items, and bonuses that widen the gap between veteran and rookie players. Which is why certain skills were most recently removed such as Sharpshooter and Weaponry Damage.
As for leaks and breaking performance they are typically things you cannot find while in a test environment and it usually takes a live culture to find, hunt, and slay such things. CCP will be trying something this week to help investigate PC issues.
Team True Grit is also primarily CCP Iceland.
CCP Marketing is also CCP Iceland.

This game is broke and CCP keeps breaking it even more every time they try and fix something.
This ^ above statement sounds more like a CCP PR representative more than a player based representative.

They chose to remake them for looks mainly. There was no real improvement in gameplay or map flow.

If art team can get a paint bucket ready to go to sell standard gear at $100 price points (that look ugly as sin), then they should just crank them out in all sorts of colors. Texture swaps are cheap and easy. If that's too hard I'd have some serious questions about what work is actually getting done.

It's not supposed to be capable over the lifetime of the game, to say that what we have now, a mere 20% of what was intended for launch last year, is supposed to take us double the time originally intended, is acceptable, shows a severe lack of faith in the roadmap to provide new content. Furthermore, why on earth would people be afraid of people "capping". Last I checked BO2 and BF3 still have plenty of players now despite lvl 100 Colonels and Prestige 11 vets running around.

You are a CCP apologist through and through. I love the vision. I hope they make it. But to say anything has been handled properly is asinine. |

The CPM has nothing to do with balance. They are a focus group, not game designers. Some of the CPM get it, some of them don't. |

the exact tweaks need to be left to ccp remnant that's what he bloody gets paid for but cpm should spend alot of its time on balance and flow of the game what part works and waht part doesn't brainstorming on how to make it better and a fraction of its time on future future vision

edit the cpm are our ambassadors to the they have to represent us on every aspect that effects us if balance is killing us to the point where its killing the game and people are leave then whey cant cpm bring this up in a general sense in fact the need to be hounded on it
i end this by stating the mittanii for cpm 1 maybe that will change things
True. But they need to frame it as the game is unbalanced because X is too high power/effort. Or heavies require more SP yet are balanced around being equal to other suits. That kind of balance concern makes sense. Saying Tac Rifle is too much DPS nerf it by doing X, Y, Z ... frankly they have no business nor expertise. |

they need to be loojking into and representing the problems we have not just reluctantly and half kittend making a form post about the tac they need to be a voice ofr eason beyond just the qq thread sof i got rofl stomped in pub nerf this or that and be able to back that up with some kind of research

My opinions aside every gamer friend of mine that's tried dust has, within a matter of minutes, put the controller down and moved on. I hope ccp is able to achieve their vision but it appears they are far from it right now. |

Other than True Grit getting a mostly decent PC mode done, I can't see a single department at CCP that isn't in way over its head right now.
Don't even get me started on the marketing team. They should all go on a speaking tour of how not to promote a product.
Which begs the question:
Which parts of CCP are even capable of producing good work?
