Well, I don't want to be mean but all in all, I think I might spent more than 250 Gé¼ on Dust so far. I don't want to complain, because I like this game alot (the reason why I spent money) but I AM a paying customer, so now where is my service now? ;)

They key to success with this is to be honest and friendly to your customers, and offer them a special price or something like this if you really ****** something up. I never lost a single customer because of this, it's all about the service.

While tanks did take a hit I know plenty of EoN tankers who continue to dominate game after game regardless, maybe it's you.... You can still play the game you know. You have to bare in mind that some of us (like myself) spent all of our sp on things like dropships. Ergo the rest of the game is nearly unplayable. To be honest I am waiting for this respec hoping it will breed new life into this game, however the gameplay changes from the chromosome build have allready killed this game for me. I know this sounds negative but chromosome was fun, this build just seems a lot more mehhh.

Based upon your post it seems you learned NOTHING and are asking CCP to rush and be just as stupid. This is also true, but please bare in mind the game lied to us about how much SP things would cost. When I started to put SP into dropships, the actual f-ing game told me it would cost 1m sp to skill to dropships, when in reality it was that much for a single damn skill! By the time I had realised how much of my sp was gone I was half way through them. At that point I either cut my losses and waste millions of SP or I go balls to the wall and fully spec into them. It was a mistake. Not only did dropships disappoint, later on they actually NERFED the dropships as they changed the skills around so we lost hitpoints. (Remember tanks and lav`s were given extra sp while dropships LOST HP) Hence why I want out of the damn things.

Then all the CCP is bad, stupid, and ruining the game because they don't listen, care or know anything. It is just a big Mad Libs QQ fest where people add their uniqueness to the cookie-cutter "I made a bad choice and CCP should reset the game for me." thread. I hope this is the last respec ever for any reason, I can agree with the partial respec where SP is refunded for a particular skill that has been TOTALLY reworked but nothing else.
