Well, I am working with alot of customers, and if I say something like "I'll have your sketch after the weekend" believe me, every single one of my customer would come to me on MONDAY, not tuesday, not wednesday and don't expect anybody coming to me later than wednesday.
After the weekend always starts with monday, I am experiencing this now 23 years of my life and not a single exception.
I don't blame CCP, I'm just saying.... |

I don't blame CCP, I'm just saying.... Your customers are also paying for your work. To the OP: Did you really make such poor choices with your SP that you absolutely cannot play another day without a respec and just had to come to a public forum to throw a fit about it?
Well, I don't want to be mean but all in all, I think I might spent more than 250 Gé¼ on Dust so far. I don't want to complain, because I like this game alot (the reason why I spent money) but I AM a paying customer, so now where is my service now? ;) |

well, yeah I do, but it's also quiet exhausting sometimes, and you can forget about stuff. They key to success with this is to be honest and friendly to your customers, and offer them a special price or something like this if you really ****** something up. I never lost a single customer because of this, it's all about the service. |
