I sent in a ticket on the 14 and got a reply on the 17. This is the reply.

This response is being sent to all users who have filed a support ticket in order to request a skill respec.
We would like to acknowledge receipt of your skill respect request and inform you that we have now flagged your account for a skill respec .
The skill respec will be applied to your characters in the coming days once we have completed and deployed changes to the skill tree. This one time respec will remove and refund all ISK and skill points that have been applied to date. Please ensure that due care is taken when spending skills and ISK as we will be unable to reverse ISK/SP spending in future.
If you wish to discuss issues that have not been addressed in this skill respec response, or believe you have received this message in error then please respond to this support ticket and we will attempt to address your issue.
Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please note that if you are receiving this message you are currently in a queue for a skill respec. Eligible customers who may have been misfiled and would like to request an Aurum account reset should respond to this ticket clarifying their request.

I got another message yesterday saying this

Am I still getting an sp respec or do i have to send another or..? |

It seems some timer elapsed and it was automatically closed even though it shouldn't have been. I would submit another ticket and explain the situation just in case. |

This. I got the same response saying I was in line for a respec. I don't expect the ticket to stay open; CCP actioned my request, notified me and now I just have to wait. |

sorry i didnt see that very last part about the second email. forgive me for my smug comment. I did not recieve that messege so maybe it would be best to resend. I didnt reply to any mails sent from ccp. so maybe they just made a mistake with yours. |

IDK.. I really need the respec after screwing up so hard with my allocation, but I'm not worried at all by this thread. I'm sure that even if it was closed, you're still on their list and will get the respec sooner or later.

By sending you a message, they're acknowledging your respec request, and in that same sentence they state that you're in the Q for getting a respec. You're good to go, they're not asking for a reply asking for the same thing again.. Mine is still open, submitted it not long ago though. |

Submitted mine on the 14th as well and have received the same timed out closed message. My hope is those will be the ones updated tomorrow if not anyone who submitted in the 15 or later should stop being smug in their response and look for the answer as you'll be getting the same message soon. |
