Nerfing is also not the best solution to everything, but quitting the game because they nerfed an LAV.

However, i am not totally adjusting my gameplay because there are FREE MILITIA vehicles where you have to spend 0 SP to get into. How can a guy with a totally free outfit ISK and SP wise, run me over wearing a 180k ISK outfit that cost me MONTHS to get.
Why does a Militia Dropsuit, die when i fart on it? But a Militia jeep needs fkin 2-3 AV grenades?
A militia LAV should be destroyable by small arms fire tbh.
Its for getting from A, to B, nothing more.
I really have to say.. it makes me feel warm inside to see the AR's have something to fear.. ME.. because I planned it this way, 1st hour after the update I saw that all the niche builds were BS, and created the first taxi.. Got like 15 kills my first time out.. I had no idea they had buffed the jeeps.. lol..
So if you are wondering about the mentality of a drive by killa, you need look no further.. I was like hmm.. here come 15 AR's all in a herd.. MD dont work... what to do.. hmmmmmmmmm

But if you play lots of pub matches and don't know to run at least AV grenades, then yo deserve to be bumper food.
Also, making elite players road pizza is too much fun to pass up.
Last night another Zion tanker and I called in three logi LAVs each and our whole squad went death race on a domination match. If you can think of a more fun way to waste two million ISK in between PC battles, I'd love to hear it.
CCP, don't mess with my logi lav, just get rid of the free ones. Free LAVs aren't the problem. AV grenades easily take care of them. The problem is the logi LAVs people use in EVERY domination and ambush match to run people over. The unfortunate fact is that with all the kills earned, the matchmaking based on WP won't separate the skilled shooters from the giggling car drivers.
Ok so the free LAV's arent a problem? Then what are you saying . Nerf Logis? lol..
I can tell you as a dedicated death taxi ( because of the weapon nerfs/ AR buff) that the problem is over.. Im not getting **** for kills anymore.. everyone has AV nades.. and the Mai Lai AV is a one shot kill on my Shielded Logi jeep.. CCP all you had to do was wait for a week or 2 for people to get SP's to buy nades.. problem solved.. seriously just go try your own death taxi if you dont believe me.. |
