I'm not running, I'm making an educated decision to stop beating a dead horse with another dead horse, and I play pretty much all day every day and I see maybe 2 in a match, every 3 matches? I'm being totally serious here as well, I'm not trying to continue this argument on, and I've never seen a game with that many, I've seen games where the entire map were running VARIOUS AR setups, mostly the Exile is the one that keep popping up on the kill list for me, and a quarter of the team using the same weapon, is pretty normal in most shooter games, that were ever made.

I'm only seeing the TAR under fire right now. then again, there is always one gun or two each build. the laser rifles and assault rifle with stacked mods last build, the TAR this build, whatever the gun that is statistically best(easy to use, easy to kill someone with, hard to fight against) is going to quickly become peoples go-to gun, thereby be named OP(again, statistical superiority, thereby the gun is OP.) so really, it just seems like you exclusively use the TAR and are screaming as loud as you can to try and make ccp think you know more than just about everyone else.

Specifically glasgow(earlier, border clan) how is it idiotic to wish for guns to be balanced? how is it idiotic to wish for the gun that has virtually no drawback(smaller clip, big whoop) to have a drawback, or at least some kind of balancing factor? every other gun has drawbacks, and strengths, the TAR has ONLY strengths.
Heathen Bastard Kang Lo Directorate Gallente Federation 302	Posted - 2013.05.24 03:30:00 - [3] - Quote so it needs a nerf, but you don't want to say it? also, the scrambler is a fairly balanced weapon. shreds shields, and doesn't do **** against armor, and overheats in 3 shots after a charge. damage for the tar needs to get nerfed to somewhere around 60, have its rate of fire severely limited, OR have the range reduced(blasters are even closer range than pulse lasers, and that's what the scrambler rifle is) note the OR part up there EDIT: Though, CCP will probably do all three. they don't do small, subtle changes, they do massive pendulum swings between OP and Utterly Useless.

You yourself even pointed out that the ONE DRAWBACK this gun has is not any kind of drawback, so, what is it's weakness to balance out being the outright strongest option in the game? and yes, it does need a nerf. if more than 2/3 of people are using a single weapon type and variant, it means that nothing else is comparable, which means that weapon is overpowered. ergo, that ONE weapon needs to be nerfed.
