Ccp doesn't want anyone to spec into heavies. . P.S don't waste so skilling into Sentinal suit it has 0 advantage over the standard suit. |

this should have been done before they started doing skill point resets. force havys to put tons of sp into amar heavy suits just to have to sick tons into other race suit when they decide to get off there %^^ and do somthing
