I'd really like an update on this from CCP.
Australians are already 'out there' when it comes to gaming due to our isolation from 'major' players in the gaming community. And the price discrepancies are just another wedge between us and the rest of the world.
While I understand that Sony has the right to set regional prices on items bought through the PSN, isn't there some way that CCP can bypass this using Voucher or Redeemable Codes bought through them, that can then be redeemed on the Sony PSN?
Is there a contractual obligation that you MUST put said items through the Playstation Store? Or is there some allowable flexibility giving us the option of purchasing 'some' packs outside that single, inflated channel?

I wont make that bet, because I'm sure it is.

Yes we have.
Everything costs more here... with physical goods we expect this... having to pay for import / export stuff and such, but for digital goods, we should be paying on par with what the US and Europe pay. Sony, however, exercises their right to set regional prices however they wish.
