a review of an MMO isn't something that can be easily justified.
you can't approach a game like dust and give it a one off review. likewise you can't keep messing with the score everytime CCP make changes.
as was stated above the editor gets what dust is about. he wasn't paid off or is being unscrupulous. he's spent time enough in Dust to thoroughly understand how the game works now and how it will function in future.
like the game, this score is indicative of Dust 514 as a whole!
reviews scores of 7-9 should be considered acceptable. any less and you're either too attached to the game and only see its flaws or you haven't spent enough time with it to see what its all about. |

to think, here on Dusts Official forums, you get people who show disdain for a positive review, yet the mediocre stuff that goes no where near what makes Dust, Dust, passes by without question....
you wont find any other reviewer who goes as in depth as Alex does.
you should be happy a reviewer has taken the time to give dust its just deserves. |
