Increased shield bonus of militia heavy shield extender BPO to be consistent with BPC

Adjusted gravity and suspension settings for LAVs
Reduced skill costs and level requirements for various vehicle skills
Lowered SP cost multiplier of basic frames from x6 to x4 and role suits from x10 to x8
Reduced unlock level of role suits from level 5 to level 3 of specific race frame skill
Corrected Amarr Sentinel cost multiplier

Good stuff, but disappointed that there's no information on respecs. We can assume they will happen, but it's just as likely they won't. |

Petition now. It may take several days to process them. It would not surprise me if we see a number of posts where people are asking why they haven't been Respec-ed yet even though we were warned. |

Yeah finna get dat respec! Blew 2 mill sp on assault dropships after uprising respec. HUGE mistake. Never making a dumb move like that again. It's plasma cannons 100% from here on out... |

I see where this is going. If skills are inexpensive enough for newbies to get into the better ones asap, then the standard-proto gap (which is the biggest problem currently, I'd say) will get cut down, and the real advantage of a veteran will then be simply diversification. Genius. |

So what all are they allowing you to respec? I spec'd into heavy and hmg and thinking i may want to get out of that and into everything that is OP right now (ie. assault / tacAR).
Can I do that? |

You're talking about a major redesign of the core engine here. Somebody might have to open a spreadsheet and manually modify some values. You don't find qualified people for that everywhere. |

I know, that definitely isn't something that could be changed overnight. Far less live at this very moment without destabilizing the entire server!
