I'm introducing a new chat channel called "Mercenary" for all the mercs out there to join and corps to come to when looking for an extra man to pull into their PC match. Calling the channel simply "Mercenary" will make it easy to find and remember, plus potentially lead to mercs and corps entering without even hearing about it do to the simplicity of the name.
So whether you are a merc without a corp but want to get in on Planetary Conquest action, already have a corp but want to put yourself out there as a mercenary anyways, or simply looking for an extra man to fill your squad, come check out Mercenary chat channel.
HOW TO BRING A MERCENARY INTO A PC MATCH
- Create a new squad
- Invite mercenary to the squad
- Join your PC match at the scheduled time, the mercenary will get dragged in with you.
- Pay outs are determined by the game at the moment, not the corp.

If it's free and public to be part of, why bother going there as opposed to local? You'd likely get the same caliber of player. And even then they have nothing really invested in the battle, and are just as likely to leave or throw the battle as they are to try to really help. |

Local players usually don't pay attention and may not have interest, this could put all the players who are interested in one spot. You can also ask questions or provide specific requirements for them to join you into battle. |

Was the channel created Eve side or Dust side?
If its Dust side, there is no may to moderate the channel. |

Only using local will limit your reach in terms of possible ringers, as only people in the current solar system can chat there. At least with this channel anyone can chat, regardless of location. |
