Okay, so we just had a situation with our first Planetary Conquest match and the situation we immediately had was that we had no control over who was able to take part.
We spent the day before the battle clearly telling our corp members not to join unless they were in one of the official squads as approved by a director. Despite this, we had people join who we had to order out, one of whom refused and was later kicked from corp.
After the battle we agreed that what we would like would be to have some mechanism for restricting corp battle access, and to kick people from the team.
We talked some things over and what we suggested was this:
1) Give directors, CEOs and maybe members with a specific role the ability to "restrict" a corp or PC battle, meaning that people would not be able to enter it unless:
2) They have a role which gives access to restricted matches, or are in a squad led by somebody with that role.
3) Directors, CEOs and members with a specific role have the ability to kick corp members from the team and out of the battle (possibly only while on the war barge) |

I suggest official squad designation, and each PC battle the director can open it up to all squads, certain squads, everyone etc. Would be pretty simple. Plus it would foster the same folks playing together which would strengthen teams. |

In addition, giving directors an option to set a blanket timed restriction for new members might not be a bad idea. Something like "you must be a member for X days before you can join a PC battle".
