They aren't commenting on the issue, and that's more upsetting than the issue itself. People are losing planetary conquests because of this, least they can do is say 'we don't know what the problem is, we're looking into it'. I'd feel x10 better if they did. |

Gee, how dare CCP use the information we provided in attempting to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem by using the scientific method to come to a quicker solution.
Guys, 'internet weather' is slang for 'unknown variable within the South-East regions internet connection'.
There's NOTHING wrong with the patch. Because the patch is copy and pasted to every user in the game. If something was wrong with the patch, we'd all have the issue, and not just a few of us in a certain region.
Lay off CCP, quit frothing out the mouth, and don't say something unless you know what you're talking about. |

I have a pretty good idea of the situation, yes.
People (number unknown) within the South-East region of the U.S. are having problems updating the client. The problem has not been reported in any other part of the world (from what I've seen). Regardless, 5000 people are not having the issue, so it can't be the patch, or else no one would be able to install the update.
Considering the variables, I'd deduct that it has something to do with the connection in the South-East that's causing something with their patch. |

For future reference, I don't respond to rudeness of name calling. Any comments that include these in the future will be ignored.
My point is that, if the patch itself was the issue, since everyone received the same exact patch, would anybody be able to log on?
In order to fix this as quickly as possible, they have to include all the information in order to come to a conclusion as to what's causing the issue. 'The patch is broke!' doesn't help. They need to figure out what's causing it. |

That's not true. A dev posted (in another thread of similar subject matter, mind you) saying that they know there's a problem and they're doing everything they can to fix it. |

For those that did though, I sincerely hope CCP is planning to reimburse the eighty million lost and the time lost in augmentation (since that's real life cash we're talkin'). |

Where's CCP with any kind of annoucement? Come on devs, I know you can't waste all your time sitting here typing comments, but I'm seeing reply after reply on other posts while this 30 page 12 hour wonder just boils.
