Can someone please explain to me how this works? I only have one character and I activated it, when I enter the game and go into the marketplace, I see my SP increasing every couple of seconds. How can you stop the whole Passive SP process? Or does it continue further increasing your SP? I'm trying to understand it so bare with me

You get 1 Sp every 3 seconds for a total of about 20.000 per day. You can stop passive SP by creating another character and switching passive to the other character, but I don't know why anybody would want to stop getting passive SP.

You can't stop it short of deleting your character. I've never actually entered a battle and I have roughly 4mil SP from just chilling in the barracks.

A character with passive SP will constantly gain skill points whether you play or not, this is a good thing and you want this
IIRC from passive SP alone youll get 24000 SP a day on top of active sp gained in battle and seeing as how skill costs are very high youll need every point

Essentially you gain SP on one character per account, regardless of whether you're online or not, whether you've played recently or not, etc.

It makes sure that you're not too far behind the vets when you do play, but it doesn't eliminate the incentive to actually play to advance, as playing grants you roughly four times the SP per week.

Having used a stopwatch and done the math a couple of times, including following uprising just to make sure they weren't F-ing with us, I can confirm that it is 24,000 / day or 36,000/day with passive boosts.

If you do not want passive SP active on your char for whatever reason, create a second 'throwaway' char and activate passive SP on that one.

Thank you guys, so I guess its good that I activated it then, cause I was wondering how certain players built SP so quickly.

Np. see the difference with a booster is like adding cheese for some extra cents but taste better or getting tht ketchup for extra cents (outside of USA). Makes the experience better but u get the same effect.
Now to go get a baconator from wendys as it's awesome. |
