Seriously, fix this CCP What is even worse is, WHEN YOU ARE A HEAVY AND YOU HAVE TO JUMP UP THE LAST STEP ON A STAIRCASE BECAUSE FOR SOME REASON YOUR ****** CAN'T LIFT YOUR FOOT 6 FRACKING INCHES OFF THE GROUND!!!!!ONE11!!!!!ELEVEN!!!!! |

What suits are you guys? I'm running Amarr logi with 2 plates and I feel like I catch a lot too. It's like it might be related to dropsuits original speed and the delta caused by speed modifications. I find I hit more terrain glitches moving backwards and sideways than forward or sprinting. |

I'm running a Minmatar Light, with Shotgun of course. On these wide open-spaced hilly maps it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to do well. I can't go up a hill at all because I keep getting snagged and gunned down by AR fire. |

It happens with all suits. Terrain mapping in the last was bad, I bitched about it a few times and so did a few other people. In this build though it's like CCP zigged when they should of zagged and now it is 10 times worse. |

I think running up steep slopes should slow you down, not stop you and cause you to side back down. The only issue is I don't think dust uses inverse kinematics. |

This issue is quite frustrating. Getting stuck on invisible walls has gotten me killed while trying to fall back too many times and getting stuck on corners while backing up and firing trying to get to cover. it's getting to be too much. this NEEDS to be fixed ASAP the other stuff can wait cuz what good is a game where you can't move properly? |

I seem to get caught on ANY flat object I lean against for cover. So as an example if I "lean" against a wall it behaves like that flat wall has spikes sticking out which I get caught on. Cover should not grab my merc. This makes areas with cover more dangerous than open areas which I don't have to say is stupid to be afraid of using cover. |

There is another post around here about this, still looking for it.
There are little rocks you get caught, I don't mean some big terrain piece, I mean little rocks the size of your foot and their everywhere, especially on slopes. It stops me cold, no jumping over it, have to back up and run somewhere else.
Also getting stuck on object corners or some walls. On stairs. Have to steer clear of crates or get stuck.
Finally I wanted to point out CCP has acknowledged this, however they are calling it a rare occurence. NO NO NO NO, it's very common!!! https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=759326#post759326

This is totally wrong CCP Frame, this very common. As someone said in another post here, I would like to point out on the map coordinates where this is occurring, but all I can do is (makes wide sweeping motion with hands) all over. It is too widespread to point out only a few locations. |

no no no. fatboys are understandably clunky and clumsy. sit down and quit whining. they increased your damage what else do you want?!?!
what is BAD is when my DRAGONFLY gets stuck on the top step because it's such a super maneuverable suit that it is defeated by a top step.
(all in fun heavies lol)
For real though CCP ... obstacles less than 1ft, even if a verticle plane, should not stop a dropsuit. |
