Why are we non modders getting punished for being able to fire fast and be accurate? Also, I haven't ran into a Tac user with a modded controller -- it's obvious with the sound it produces. Just remove the 10% damage buff on it.

Kinda like a battle rifle. The tac sniper rifle, maybe even the regular sniper rifle, fires faster than that. You're just being ridiculous.

You may go now and check what's the RPM on the TAC SR. Also, the TAC AR got a higher clip size. Like 7 times more than the SR. You fail at comprehension. My statement was referring to the '1.6 clicks per second' a Tac SR or maybe even a basic SR can fire faster than 1.6 rounds a second. You may go back to elementary. Screw modded controllers not us normal folk.
