Am I missing something? I thought this skill was 5% to PG per level, and currently broken.
Now there's been a patch, and the skill is "Unlock PG modules. 5% reduction to CPU usage of powergrid upgrade modules per level.?....
Is this another bug, or did ~600k SP points just become completely wasted...

not a complete 600k sp wasted since you need level 4 for the best pg upgrade but still some sp wasted. This is the second time that CCP punished the HAV players for CCP's mistakes.
First the Dropsuit/vehicle shields mistake and now this.
I asked a CPM member about this and she said there was a fix coming.
So far it has been the fixes that have been f*cking us over. |

yes they have also said with in the next few weeks there would be another Respec which will allow you to fix your SP sinks |
