I don't see any problem in the armor repair rate there. You have 2 from the module, 1 from the Minmatar logi suit and .30 from the "Armor Reparier" skill, which gives you 5% effectiveness per level to Armor repair modules. o.o
What exactly is off there?

IMO, nothing.
This whole thread was/is just to confirm/test wether the race spesific sill bonus on logi suits apply across the board, which one might assume from the wording in the skill. |

Well it seems to have been cleared up now, but I don't think a 15 million SP sink would be an unreasonable trade for 15HP extra p/s. :D |
