I did the same, but had enough SP for everything to be around the same meta level. But they do need to do something about the basic suits. Aside from the AUR BPO's, there's no militia logi suit anymore.

Yes, I've seen it. Doesn't mean it's been fixed yet, and doesn't clarify what the problem they're fixing is. Also, I've had issues with more skills than just Engineering. There's a thread where a support request has been replied to advising that the skill is MEANT to apply a different bonus from what the description says. If the "fix" is to correct the description, that doesn't solve anything and we still need a respec. And even if it does fix it, some of us over-skilled into certain skills because they weren't working correctly, and we need a respec so we can skill only to the appropriate level instead of throwing away SP we didn't need to spend.
