I'm loving my minmatar scout, even only at advanced, I can gun down people at long range with my rifle, and they can't outrun my knives.

What's the top speed you can get out of it? I specced into minmatar scout, and with the skills to 5 + complex catalyzers it goes the same speed as the old chromosome build scout could. |

Also loving my Gallente Adv scout, with proto shotgun, its kittening everything! bwhahaha!
Noticed proto Gallente Scout only has 1 high power slot, but 4 low power, so didn't bother with that. Adv suit had enough cpu and powergrid. |

Minmatar scout was a bit faster, but its role bonus didn't seem as good as the gallente, unless you use melle obviously.
I use the proto one. I love it. I just leave the high alone. To take advantage of the 4 lows  |

I keep a set of knives on mine. 96x2= dead paper-protos. and I keep a rifle for general combat until the 14th(flaylocks!) |

I haven't gotten to Scouts yet, just light frame because I've blown all my SP on Dropsuit Upgrades so I can have optimum fitting capabilities, but yes I like the new scouts. It seems like the gap between Minmatar and Gallente perks are definitely noticeable but balanced at the same time as they equal each other out.
One bad thing I have noticed: Quafe's are NOT pink anymore. The economy will tumble. Riots. Riots baby, riots. |

yeah. 's kind of a pain in the ass to have to go back to militia while using my advanced suit. not dying or anything(5 suits for a night, that's pretty good for running scouts in frontline recon, personal opinion), I just didn't save enough points to get better fitiings. |
