I tired to ask in the FW blog post, if somebody on IRC could poke Nullabor or Foxfour...
But basically, does completing ANY plex anywhere help generate locations to fight at? Will novice plexes generate at the same rate as large? Does defensively completing a plex also generate open districts? If so, it could disincentivize plexing defensively as it could hurt you.
Also, depending on their server load during the update, I wonder if resources aren't prioritized toward FW battles atm. |

I guess the blog post does say "where they are being completed" which is pretty ambiguous. Is it on completion, or if they are in limbo? What if nobody is around...? What if you fly to every system opening up every plex. |

At least that's what the blog conveyed.
I don't care about frequency. I didn't mention frequency... My point is WHAT should I do to generate district battles in an area and does size matter? Do i need to finish complexes? Does doing certain ones help more than others? Does just opening them matter? Does it matter if a defender or attacker opens the complexes? Do you have to kill the NPC inside? Etc... |

So if for example I'm in a system that is 60% contested, but my faction holds all districts on that temperate planet in that system... Does me defensively completing a complex for my own side mean that I am now increasing the likelihood that my enemy can now take a district in my system? |
