Because other weapons have perfectly stable arms... sniper rifles really need some better engineering |

Balance and gameplay and story segregation Without it you would have a bunch of twitchy energy drink swilling CoD fanboys trying to quickscope everything and then a brand new deluge of "X is OP" threads |

Snipers work well, skill into them and you get a nice stable dealy weapon. don't skill in, you still get a nice strong weapon, but it can't really be used standing, and takes a little longer to stablize and aim.

That's why SR sway at beginning. I think that there should be dropsuit that reduce that sway. For example Heavy do not get damage from overheated HMG, I'm not sure do he get damage from overheated Lassers, if so, this is a bug. With skill that reduce sway it self is something wired, while skilling it to 5 I felt bigger jump between lvl3 to lvl4, and 4 to 5 then from 0 to 3. Like each level of this skill, does not add a constant value - it is as if each new level of this skill add the new value that is bigger than previous one. Since I skilled it on 5 I felt like Sniper-God |

That's why SR sway at beginning. You also forgot to mention that the Sniper Rifle is a Railgun. The barrel will be mostly made of electromagnets. Have you tried holding up a metre-long line of high-powered electromagnets? Let alone aiming it at something... Ouch. |

Because snipers aren't easy enough already.
1. Go to hill 2. Drop a uplink 3. Drop a nanohive 4. Use head glitch to see the entire map without being able to get hit 5. Point your insta travel lol damage weapon 6. ???? 7. ISK |

Put a few levels in the sniper rifle skill and the sway goes down a lot. I've got a scout alt I play when I cap out my main, and even with just two levels in sniper rifles I can often still hit people before my sway stops. The more you commit to it, the easier it gets. |

The sniper has a longer barrel so it will sway the assault rifle has a short barrel and you have your hand near the end of the barrel so it wont sway |

You are thinking of Gauss guns. Railguns just have magnetized rods, which is way ******* heavier than any future-tech barrell would be so your point remains. |
