Nowhere in the merc pack does it say I waive my consumer rights...that would never hold up in court anyways.

i'm not spending money to sue anyone, i'll do this the free way: protest and filing complaints en-masse until someone higher up does something about it.

are you 12? do you not know how the world works? people get sued for thousands of dollars for a much smaller offense than this on a daily basis.

I've said it in other threads, but I think the choice being given is going to protect CCP legally. I don't think it protects them from a customer service standpoint.

It's not really a fair choice. And it's not fair to reset everybody. I think the compromise should be a partial refund of AUR spent by all.

I think it is completely fair. Especially for everyone who hasn't bought a merc pack jet. I'd be seriously kittened if some people could safe a ton of isk (by using AUR items), get a bunch of extra SP (through bosters and by better performing due to better gear) and then get another set of boosters gear and AUR.
