where is my option to ask for my money back? I would gladly erase my character for good and take $40 bucks that they stole from me. Shows you what CCP really is. A bunch of Chinese hackers stealing account numbers from the elderly from across the seas would have more honor.

Here, I'll let you in on a little secret. Dust was quick to co-opt the Eve catchphrase "Adapt or Die", but it did so before it really knew what it meant. You probably thought that like any other game it was to do with the simple act of winning and losing, but if nothing changes, why would anyone need to adapt? You'd simply settle into a comfortable winning strategy and stay there until you burnt out after a year or two of pulling the same bull**** in matches.

This, right now, is what it really means. Will you cry and wave your arms when things get flipped upside down, and the best is no longer the thing you thought it was, or will you "HTFU" and deal with it? Looking at the Dust forums right now, all I see is tears from people who assumed there was a skill finish line and a one true best fitting, and loved to throw accusations of QQ around the forums when they had everything figured out, but Eve players have seen this kind of upheaval so many times in the last ten years they must be looking at this and laughing at us.

Ask yourself this: Do you want a game that you drill for three years, never changing, until you realise the community around it has started to die and you're on a sinking ship, or would you like something that is still surprising you five years and infinite stories from now? If you want the latter, you're going to have to get used to change, or perish. If only there was a catchy way of summing that up.

I feel like I'm one of the precious few people that read the TOS for the beta stating that as beta testers, we are do not have entitlements. We are volunteers. If you spent money, that was your choice. CCP didn't make the choice for you.
