Pretty much everything got increased in SP requirements, even the most basic things like Electronics and Engineering are now x5 (lolwut).
Raise the cap to 500k with rollover (I know rollover is coming in Uprising).
Considering the basic dropsuits are x6 and then you get x10 for the assault/logi/scout/sentinel suits, its going to be one hell of a grind. |

I agree.
I'd also like to see something put in place where players aren't capped until they reach a set amount of SP. Something like 5mil SP, then after that they get capped like everyone else.
It would help new players catch up with the veterans. |

We are in beta. Purpose of beta is to test things. CCP saw people reaching 10m SP in a few months (lol nolifers and AFK farmers), and apparently thought that was too fast - and I agree. It is also likely that SP gain in beta was faster by design, so that players and devs can test out different builds, weapons, suits and vehicles.
Dust is launching soon, so we're moving to a more sensible SP gain rate. It's slower than some MMOs, but faster than the more hardcore games. |

You know, there is a way to counter CCP's evil master plan.
It's called, play their game more, longer. Or just wait a year, come back, and you'll have about 10m extra SP :P |
