This is all I see from people who want tanks nerfed or think they are fine the way they are. I never see any facts from them and statistics. They never take the time to test things. All they do is attack tank drivers personally for their excuses.
Yet because there is many CCP walks over to them and coddles them even though they give no support.
Tanks drivers.
We talk about tanks are becoming glass cannons. We show the facts aka look at my rail threads. We say they are going in the wrong direction. We again go over the facts with them. We talk about Forges. AV grenades. Flux. And swarms and go over the problems with them.
We talk about how match making is what makes us seem OP. Because proto tanks end up in matches with militant geared players. And newer players that do not know much. So we gain this look of power. But once you are put in a match with a squad at your lvl a proto tank turns to dust against proto AV set ups. So the stats get skewed horrible that CCP is looking at. It does not take in account the times tanks are actually thrown in against even playing field and they become candy.
Anti-tank kids come in use attack tactics with no support to their reasons.
CCP comes back buffs the current problems with AV and then on top of that makes tanks even more of a glass cannon. Which we have gone over is ruining vehicles.
CCP clearly does not know much about vehicle game play. And I have a feeling their test team sucks in these matters also. All they have is their numbers on paper that do not show the real problem.

... We say they are but we actually go over the facts. We do not just ***** because our AR does not kill tanks. We go through things and back up why we say these things.
I have never seen one post showing the facts that on the reverse side. Have you ever studied AV against vehicles. Created a private CB and test these things. Nope you just cry wolf.
Again your prove my point all anti tankers do is call people cry babies. |

Added my all time favorite attack on us. Tanks should be running with full support. Yet AV needs none. |

PSS. If youre riding solo why waste the CPU/PG for turrets youre not gunna use?
Again what I see here is doing personal attacks. Saying I am a ****** tank driver. I am a whiner. Ahh I love these. Then to try to prove your point you pull out paper stats that CCP gives you saying your right.
Saying I am a ****** tank driver and I suck. I think anyone who has played on the reverse side of my tank will say different. Those who play with me also can agree on my knowledge of using the battle field to my advantage.
Saying I am about nerfing AV is pretty funny because you must not follow my threads. I feel AV needs to become a better career choice in this game and I have spoken out about that. I also feel it needs to have more risk involved in it. AKA reward players for killing AV. From here CCP will see more Proto AV hitting the field because they are getting better rewards in both sp and isk. After this it will allow both the players and CCP to see what needs balancing. Personally I feel small buffs to vehicles can easily balance this out. I feel modules are what ccp need to work on. Not the vehicles themself. But better balancing them by having better modules for them. But again AV needs to become a better choice. It needs to be something that is more specialized into. And have more risk. Right now the gap between standard and proto is pretty small in AV aspects. I think it needs a bigger spread leaving proto where it is at. but yes nerfing both adv and standard slightly. So they play better against vehicles at there lvl. People will have more of a reason to lvl into proto also. Then you sit back see how things play out. and make small adjustments to balance out the gameplay as needed. |
