I pulled the stats from this video http://youtu.be/EgB6LXqk8RY
First of all there is the new suit progression (I posted the stats in this thread https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=71528 ).
The three distinct trees look like this:
Light -- Scout
Medium -- Assault -- Logistics
Heavy -- Sentinel
You can spec into each of the Light/Medium/Heavy streams independantly. e.g. you could take Minmatar Scout, Caldari Assault&Logi, and Amarr Sentinel.
There is no longer 2 variants for each level (Type-I/Type-II, Type-A/Type-B, Vk.0/Vk.1). Instead the 4 racial varients are where you get the differences in slot layouts.
Here are the stats for the PROTOTYPE suits listed as: Shield/Armour. CPU/PG. High Slots, Low slots. if they have HeavyWeapon, LightWeapon or SideWeapon. Then walking, sprinting speed.
Scout prototype Minmatar: 100/70. 230/60. H/3 L/2 LW/SW 5.7m/s 7.9m/s Gallente: 70/130. 250/60. H/1 L/4 LW/SW 5.5m/s 7.6m/s
Assault prototype Amarr: 180/180. 350/70. H/3 L/3 LW/SW 4.8m/s 6.7m/s Caldari: 210/120. 300/60. H/4 L/3 LW/SW 5.0m/s 7.0m/s Gallente: 120/210. 300/60. H/3 L/4 LW/SW/ 5.0m/s 7.0m/s Minmatar: 150/135. 320/64. H/5 L/2 LW/SW 5.3m/s 7.4m/s
Logi prototype Amarr: 120/180. 390/66. H/3 L/3 E/3 LW/SW 4.5m/s 6.4m/s Caldari: 180/90. 390/70. H/5 L/4 E/3 LW 4.7m/s 6.6m/s Gallente: 90/180. 390/70. H/3 L/5 E/4 LW 4.7m/s 6.6m/s Minmatar: 90/150. 390/70. H/4 L/4 E/4 LW 5.0m/s 7.0m/s
Sentinel Amarr: 405/405. 270/54 H/1 L/1 HW/SW |

^ Don't worry this is still a lot more than I knew. But I think CCP made the ammar suit almost too powerful. The most start health and only slightly slower, plus they have the highest PG/CPU of its class. I can only hope the modules won't kill us all off. |

I am going to assume/hope that the Heavy Stats are not for the proto. Because only 1 high and low slot for the proto heavy will suck and get everyone really upset. |

Proto had 4 low slots.
Also important to note is the different labeling of grenade slots, it is mentioned in the link someone else made a couple posts above |

Caldari logibro with 5 complex shield extenders:
5% shield extender efficacy: I assume it increases extender HP
25% @ level 5 dropsuit skill.
.25 x 66 + 66 = 82.5
180 base HP + 82.5 x 5 extenders = 592.5 shield HP
Almost 600 HP of shields lol |

To me, I believe the Amarr LogiBro suit to be the worst of them. It has the highest base HP, but 1 low slot all around. Only 3 High, 3 Equipment, 3 Low. 300 EHP and 4 less PG than all the others.
Let's look at Minmatar suit in comparison here. The weakest of the suits in EHP, only 240, but with your 4/4/4 slot layout you can put on a complex shield extender or armor plate and make up for that lost EHP, plus have 2 more slots than the Amarr. Minmatar is also the fastest LogiBro suit.
So you like that sidearm for Amarr? Where's that extra CPU and PG coming from to fit it? Oh yeah, less modules all together! Really, the sidearm makes or breaks your selection in the Amarr Suit.
Personally, it's between Shield Tanked Caldari (CK0) and the Gallente Armor Tanked Logi Suit (GK0) |

Sorry for double post but this came to mind. With the correct skills, you'll push down your depleted shield regen rate to near 3.2-4 seconds. Logi's all across the board will regen shields at 5 seconds, which is pretty crazy by itself. |

I'm thinking Gallente assault with 3 shield extenders, 1 armor plate, 3 armor repairers. From what I've gathered, I'd have slightly lower overall HP compared to some of the other suits, but it'd be pretty evenly balanced between shields and armor, which I think would be good. |

This is true, you could try to run a self-heal type of suit with the rep bonus, hp/sec bonus, and an armor repper or two. I'd have to see some math on this though. Amarr suit seems to do a kind of hybrid action between Logi and Assault.
Caldari suit skill passive is pretty nice for squeezing some more shields, but a flux nade worries me.
Gallente have a nice equipment CPU and PG reduction, which might be underrated. If you look at proto-equipment and have 4 slots, that's huge. Not including Nano circuitry or anything like that. 50% CPU reduction for Nanohives and Nanite Injectors if you play your cards right. That's more CPU you free up for Complex Damage Mods, Armor Reps, or anything else you feel like running. More flexibility in your suit.
I feel like the Minmatar Logi Suit's passive of 25% increased hack speed is pretty neat...but with it's fast speed and low HP, it almost seems to bridge Scout and Logi together, making them fast paced objective takers. All the other suits have a passive that affects their combat performance in one way or another...not so much in this case. |

I do believe that would be correct. Funny, there hasn't been, until now, a skill that adds to the efficiency of the modules.
This one has a viable combat use.
interesting. I do believe one the most skilled into suits will be ??????? |
