I have 300 spots open in my corp for the players who want to be here i will close recruitment at 300 and the best 3 members who i see putting the effort in will get directors role and a elite status within the corp
Big corps are cool but its the elite who they will call for when **** hits the fan

Thought it would be smart as a CEO to get network and comms up for communication in and out of hours :)
Its all the best for my members there the ones who make the corp so i wont be using them or commanding them we are all in the corp so we will move through decisions as a unit :)

The name is what it is and i kinda like it
we still will run every/any type of weapon and vehicle of members choice we are a player run corp and dont dictate on what they should skill into

At the moment 300 is big but in the future we will be that small elite corp
the big corps grow and grow and might become hard to manage and unsustainable
Lets not forget that we are gamers and better gaming comes from playing with people you know ,the only way to do that is try to get out there and say yh i will team up with you and just enjoy the game :)

Hello, all. I am here on behalf of my newest padawan. His name is Dale5 and he is a tank driver. The experience he possesses is fairly limited, as he just started out. I am sure that you are all aware that all of the A and B list tanker are already employed by the large and elite corps. He will need funding to practice his trade, as some of his cheaper tanks run him 600,000 ISK.
To my knowledge, he can field advanced turrets on standard hulls with high-tier modules. A solid fit. I'm helping him with tank-destroyer tactics and in 2 months time, I assure you, he will be a force to be reckoned with. To do this, I say again, he needs funding.
Please, gents, discuss among yourself who has need of and can fund a new tanker and post back here or email Charlotte O'Dell or Dale5 in game. |

You come off as far too passive to be a strong leader. Maybe it's the lack of punctuation giving me the wrong impression about your enthusiasm?

Maybe you should roll into battle with us and see for your self
If you got a good team working attitude and stick with the unit you will be welcome to squad with us for a few
Also there are different leadership tactics my friend
Instead of firing orders at my members and telling them to do things i go with talking with them making them understand the point of the orders given and then they will become dedicated to the team (a good leader gives the team the credit )
Also when i ask and explain what the plans are my members don't do it because i commanded them to they do it because i they want to ( leadership point 2 understanding that the shouting orders doesn't work with everyone)
In combat my mercs understand that squad lead has word and thats that working as a unit to complete tasks and earn the victory
Im the ceo of my corporation and my members are not dogs
Aggressive in battle and friendly out
Im not passive at all i just give every member in my corporation due respect
