Rather then have people ask you random things try getting some of the big stuff out of the way. i.e dropsuits ad weapon stats all the current ones it seemed plus the standard, flaylock, scrambler rifle and plasma cannon, assault scrambler, breach flaylock and their advanced and proto varients like i said above try and get as many stats up on the weapons and dropsuits. I bet people are just dying to find out the racial benefits for each dropsuit. oh yes is the FPS a stable 30? or do you notice a drop in FPS. basically how much has the netcode and FPS been improved alongside graphics? full stats soon, it would take me ages to post everything here. |

Given that we only saw tourney users use the full auto scrambler rifle, is it superior to the charge and shoot one?
Were any of the advance or standard flaylock pistols tried and if so, how did they compare to the proto one?
Have Havs been changed in any way, buff nerf, handling, anything?

Does this mean we can longer change dropsuits in a match? You can change suits, it's just not going to ask you to pick one when you spawn. |

i'm pretty sure it did. Whatever your AR had at it's base range is what it will have for good, since SS is gone. The +5% reduction to kick and dispersion has been removed from each level you put into ARs and made into it's own skill.
The only part he doesn't know is wether the base range has been changed. But if it hasn't been changed then ARs were never "nerfed" to begin with because ever weapon is getting affected.

Just checked SiSi and there's only Assault Rifle Sharpshooter which gives a 5% reduction to AR dispersion per level. There's no Light Weapon Sharp Shooter giving range bonus EDIT: Obligatory screenshot http://imgur.com/Y37I5MO

Try hip-firing those damned things dude. It's a nightmare. That and they don't do much damage... If you want to get anywhere you're practically -required- to have Proficiency to at least 3 and use the Assault variant. |

Nope. I'm absolutely positive it didn't. How presumptuous.

Amarr would most definitely (or at least should) be the slowest with Minmatar being the fastest. If it's not this way, then someone really jacked something up. |

Thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis. That's why I'm asking about dropsuit speed. Gallente are the get close and strike hard kind of people, which is why the Gallente AR will have pathetic range but high DPS. The base speed needs to be high to compensate for the armor, just like its SUPPOSED to be in EVE. In reality you have to equip a MWD or an Afterburner because of how slow armor makes you. But in Dust the kinetic catalyzers take up the same slots as armor.... so yeah.... |

Never understood that ****. That and the fact that hacking modules (ELECTRONICS NO LESS) are in the same freaggin slot when they should be in the high slot.
Just saying, Minmatar Logistics + Kinetic Catalyzers + Hacking Modules = WIN.
Hell, even the Profile Dampeners are in the Low Slots when they should be in the High Slots.... |

Using the M209 Assault with Level 4 Operations and wrecking people with it. Should probably practice a bit more honestly, I've got a tanked up Type II (eHP=600) with just a SMG and I'm able to go 14/0 easy enough and I'm a vehicle scrub.. just sayin'. |

I used to role with the M209 as my primary weapon as a Scout - it's good, but it's not nearly as effective as it could be. High fire rate is great and all but if the rounds don't do **** (which they don't) then it's going to need a high ammo count, and the fact that it has about 3-4 mags means that you're going to be hitting up the nanohives A LOT.
Just easier to use the Assault Rifle. Using the SMG is a nightmare as the hip fire is terrible and aiming down the sights at the ranges needed to use it effectively is just a death sentence. I keep it solely for the sake of finishing off a target who somehow survived the sheer onslaught of the Assault Rifle (which I am so glad is getting the sharpshooter nerf). |

Very fun, the best use of the occulus I've tried so far. When I talked to Soundwave he sounded eager to get it into people's hands somehow.
On an unrelated note, you can now buy new modules directly from the fitting screen.
