lasers are one of those guns which tends to split people along the love/hate lines, their have been many, many threads on them. The one things both sides have tended to agree on/accept grudgingly is that viziams damage should be nerfed(which it is going to be, it's way too high). you have come onto these forums effectively going "WAAAH!!!" like a little child, you have given no reason for why they should be removed accept for the fact that they take no "skill" which is by itself a subjective term. And then you're response to what people have said is such a poor attempt at trolling, it's not even worth a bacon.

The beam gets stronger the longer it stays on a target. You HAVE to be skilled to use it because it involves keeping constant contact with the target.
Lasers are staying whether you like it or not, get used to it.
If you're being killed by lasers all the time USE COVER!

and you are doing it so badly, first of all there's a dedicated forum section which helpfully has the word "feedback" in it's name, secondly CCP won't do something because YOU think something is broken, CCP does stuff when a large MAJORITY of the PLAYER BASE think something is broken, everyone has a right to an opinion not just your. Thirdly CCP only tends to acknowledge feedback which presents credible reasons for why things should be fixed/change etc not the posts which cry "OMG That thing takes no skill it should be removed NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!".

You say lasers do not require any skill or at least they are "op," however, I have come across quite a few LR users who couldn't hit the side of a barn. In fact, most LR users don't know what they are doing, and miss. But on the flip side, there are a few LR users who cause me to have nightmares (CSR Sample and Noob 45; both amazing players I really respect). I see no point in removing lasers from the game, in fact, if we want to complain why not remove the AR? Outside of the LR the AR puts out the most damage in the game and when someone is using a Balac or Krin it tears through people like an LR (the only difference is that you don't have to "charge" it up or worry about over heating).

In the end, all of the weapons are tools for victory, however, only a small percentage of people know how to use them correctly. I just wish people would stop complaining about weapons being OP.
