Sisi dataminers have found evidence of "Assault Dropships" that will have player-controlled turrets.
Current info suggests faster than current Dropships, but lighter. It's possible they'll have less HP, but that our current range of Dropships might get a slight buff as well. |

"Test server" = Singularity.
Singularity = Sisi.
Thank you for providing a link to validate my info though. I lost mine somewhere between the 3 PCs I switch between regularly. |

I lost mine somewhere between the 3 PCs I switch between regularly. Well you won't find it on anyone's PC apart from mine, I just logged into sisi and took a screenshot to show people just how substantial the evidence for Assault Dropships is. Finding something through datamining and having something on the in game marketplace are quite different, in terms of how likely it is that we'll be getting it 
Finding stuff in Sisi's marketplace is different from the in-game marketplace on Tranquility (the live server), and is always subject to change or delays before it goes live.
Assault Dropships might still be enough of a work in progress to not show up on Uprising's release. I'm expecting otherwise based on hints dropped during the AMA as well as a few vague mentions here and there, but it's not confirmed.
And there was a pic posted at least a week ago that showed info on Assault Dropships, so you're definitely not the only one with pics. |
