Perhaps it means a new district template. When racial variants were officially announced for uprising, it was stated that minmatar are getting a "light frame suit"- odd, because they named all the other suits, such as logistics suits, specifically. We still haven't heard more about this magical "W" equipment coming up (assumed to be webs) Why would we need webs at this point? According to the magical crystal ball called singularity, assault dropships will have a turret on front. Sounds cool in theory, but when you think about it, the only use of these turrets would be getting more assists

It is very disheartening to watch that presentation and see where we are today. I expect just as many promises this time around.

The blog it was mentioned in, Mar 25, says only "There are quite a few more items on our list as always (one begins with a w) but I think thatGÇÖs all weGÇÖll be revealing for now."

I expect some very cool **** to come out at fanfest, (big)(giant)(hairy)(disgusting)BUT(/big)(/giant)(/hairy)(/disgusting) only 20% will come on time, 30% will come later then promised, and the remaining 50% will be on the books for long enough that it will be forgotten, no longer workable in the existing system, or coming soon(tm). that said I'm excited to see what they have up their sleeves.

That said the CSM has helped to keep CCP on target, hopefully they can return to those awesome ideas in the near future and not be too swamped in upkeep.
