I thought I was weird because I used a LR on a logi suit. I started to notice lots of logibros with them, my question is what is the most popular logi weapon and why? I fit a laser so I can lag behind and do good damage at range. If I am in a tight group this works well. If I am having a hard time I switch to an AR, I do have an AV fitted logi suit that uses a MD and two prox mines. I don't use it much but it is fun. |

bacon is my favorite!!!
also the MD because its workable in most situations and one of the most deadly support weapons out there, the AR is of course OP enough to be also worth while. |

this will be fixed next build. |

I rarely have a problem with LR killing me but advanced and proto AR are my bane. I am more casual than hardcore therefore I am not a very good shot and I am not hitting cap. I don't think the LR is OP because of its draw backs. LR suits my play style and my wife likes it, so many tears over a beam of light. |

LR and MD on my logi suit, they're the only weapons i use, oh and i have a swarm logi as well, it's the only standard suit i found where i can stack complex damage mods and still carry nanonhives. |

I use the AR and MD as a Logi. I find the lack of sidearm a bit of a deal breaker for the laser, lasers don't help when I need to put someone down at close quarters. |

MD and AR. Maybe even a shotgun if you're type II with the right modules.
I wouldn't suggest using laser rifles or sniper rifles with them like some people do- they become hilariously easy for any scout who knows what they're doing to kill. One of the most entertaining things in a battle is seeing a logi trying to kill someone at shotgun range using a laser rifle. |

Depends on the map and who I'm with. If I'm in a squad then it's almost always MD but I don't pull it out if I'm going solo. Then for maps with lots of close quarters I use an AR but on maps like manus peak I use the LR. So it just depends on the situation however after uprising is launched I've decided to fully spec in one weapon but I'm not sure what it'll be either MD or AR. |

I main MD but I have started switching to LR depending on the situation for example if the enemy has the high ground firing an MD uphill isn't as effective as the LR so I switch. |

I killed a heavy this way, although he was already hurt, but the fact is that elbow is a beast.
Back to the topic at hand, I run both MD and LR. Prior to last week I was completely a MD logi but I've now switched to LR and I've liked it thus far, it can be used as a good suppression weapon, as well as a gnarly killing machine. Yes, there is no sidearm but I have found that grenades are a solid enough backup (especially the fused locus if you have any). I might try out the AR next week, especially where we have a reset coming, but I'm pretty set on the LR and MD. |

Mass Driver, nothing is better than scaring off enemies around a body that needs reviving like the Flux + MD combo. |

Yea, thats another reason I love the MD
Close second favourite is the Laser, because if an enemy gets caught out in the open versus it, he knows hes dead |

This. I feel like an ******* when I kill someone right at the end of an Ambush match too, since you can't stall out death before the match is over. |

Two Logis.
One Laser. One Mass Driver. Both with Nanohives, Repair Tools and Injectors.
Take the high ground. Your team has now won Ambush.*
*NOTE: This doesn't actually guarantee that you'll win. Especially if the LR or MD guy sucks at their job. And especially if the enemy team has good snipers. |

Mass Driver+Remote Explosives for area denial. Or as I've recently discovered, the SMG+flux grenades on a Type-II suit can be a pretty beastly combo in CQC maps. But you need at least lvl 5 sidearm sharpshooting, lvl 5 SMG, stacked complex damage mods and good squad communication for this to be effective. |

I usually get at least a melee a day using lasers. |
