game takes two months to get into the elite ****. And I feel your pain.

I have been running militia gear mostly against these prototype players. Is it a challenge? yes. Is it impossible? NO!

and here is how to make the difficult possible:

First: The personal level.
1.) Use the standard AR, it has the same damage as the militia AR but with 12 bullets more in its clip. Necessary for people with higher level gear.
2.) Modules. Stacking the appropriate militia and standard modules will make a huge difference. Speccing into the proper skill points will allow you to get these modules faster.
3. Those Lotus grenades do 400 damage. You can cook them with a small amount of practice and toss them at enemies hurting them... A lot :)


Second: The group level.
1.) This is a FPS meant to be played with a group. Find a group to play with to be successful. Multiple players rushing the objectives together with mics can clear away Prototype bitches with coordination.
2.) Join a corporation! with forums, with clear guides, with helpful members (KEQ for example).

The suits help but they don't make the player. Actually skill does. I can wear starter gear and get the top of the team 90% of the time. You just got to play and get better. Protogear doesnt help as much as people think.

You need to try running with an organized group before you judge this game.

This universe is clan centric. Find a group and play. Superior gear helps the lone wolf, superior tactics and aim will kill the **** outta them.

You are a scrub if you are leaving the game because it's "too hard"

There is your problem you dont think you can do well therefore are doomed to fail i can kill adv and some proto guys with standard suit and guns you just got to get a advantage this could be getting the jump on them, flanking them while pinned down or even something as simple as the high ground, sure people running proto are hard to kill at best but it is not a I win button.

A good chunk of dust is knowing what to attack and when, ill put it this way if you are in cover and a tank pulls up behind the cover do you A: stay in cover and hope they dont notice you, B: Run like hell, or C: run out shooting at it and get very dead very quickly.
A or B are acceptable answers.
It is a simular situation with fighting more powerful suit if you engage at a disadvantage you are doing it wrong, there is a saying if you are in a fair fight you are doing it wrong

Basicly this game is not impossible and if that is your mentality you are simply lazy or unwilling to adapt at which point you will find New Eden will chew you up and spit you out,
