Don't see what your going on about its called rail tanking, its a lot like sniping except you do it with a tank, if you don't like people doing it you get your own rail tank and blow them up, or walk up the path leading to that spot kill them with AV weapons. |

To be honest when i see your corp tag i expect you guys to sit in the MCC (90% of the time thats where i see you guys), but when you guys actually do decide to leave the MCC i expect some sort of challenge. Yes i know this is a tactic but, honestly its something you would see from Noobs. And to your point about going up there to kill, if you actually look at the video there was a bluedot up there and about 2 min later his tank got popped. Come on you guys are better than that right? |

its a legit way too play. just watch out for them because they are 1hit kill if it hits ya. Also what i recommend is you could go into an adventure where the only purpose is to kill the tank, its pretty fun and rewarding if you accomplish the goal. |

You should have recorded that, then you'd have something worth talking about, rail tanks snipe have a cry on the forums about it mate.

Mind you I was in a logi suit so I had no sidearm and yet I still made it back down the mountain fairly unscathed after popping it and was able to switch to my near free fit afterwards. |

Why? after he got popped, he was useless the rest of the battle (he went 4/3). Just find it funny, he would of help his team more if he had a blaster fit to assist the infantry, either way he was going to loose it.. And to your Sniping tank tactic, yes if the enemy team has a nasty blaster then yes legit. Friendly has blaster, you can run support with railgun tank. Enemy team having zero tanks its a lonewolf move, it dosn't help your team, and depending on the map it doesn't impact the enemy team at all. |

Again how i'am i complaining? I find it funny actually, he fired about 8 shots as i was hacking A and while i was figuring out where the shot we're coming from he fired another 5 shots, kinda useless if you ask me. Btw he got popped about 2 min after that video ended.
Yes i know STB has allot of tanks but with all the tank drivers i've played with, they all play the objective and all have either blaster or missile fits, Hell some even have active scanner to help there team pick up enemies. |
