Honestly I find it comical more than anything, but the fact that a high end laser can just pass over you for a second, dealing almost 400 damage...wtf??? I had to test it to be sure, so I poked my head out where he couldn't miss me, and sure enough, his laser just passes by me and 187 shields along with 209 armor, instantly gone (militia gear).
I just find it funny, along with the fact that many "top" players seem to gravitate to either this or the AR....it's just silly. Here's a super accurate weapon with insanely long range that will literally melt any suit it passes over, just stick with your squad and you don't have to worry about being weak in close range.
Not even QQ, just me smh at how silly this game is sometimes  |

Hm..
I was specifically letting him kill me, except for the first time when I literally watched the laser pass from my left to right, and I went from max HP to dead in less than a second. I stuck my head out a couple times after that to let him kill me so I could confirm it.
I just find it silly that you don't even have to aim >_<
Go figure, the one time I decide not to record I just find it silly, is all. I know how to approach and tackle laser users, I'm a shotgunner. It's more of an observation than anything, I only run militia from now until Uprising, so I could care less about dying lmfao. |

Remember the laser has a sweet spot and does only 30% to anything within 50 or so meters.
If I am off base and it was not me sorry. I just think it is easy to make the lasers as useless as missile turrets are I and doubt anyone wants that.
It was you, and I'm not crying nerf; it just really came to my attention when you literally swiped past me, and wiped out 400 HP. No stopping, nothing. Just swipe, down. It just amused me more than anything, and then I went on to this

My main complaint is that it feels like you don't really have to "aim" with high end lasers, since you can just "sweep" at maximum efficiency. I'm reserving all requests for nerfs or buffs until I actually have my hands on Uprising, until then, this is all just amusing conjecture to me. |
