Another vote for resticky.
Not sure why this is "scouts rejoice" though - after checking fits with stacking penalties applied to dampeners, proto Gallente scouts now need all four slots to avoid 15dB scanners... not a very likely fit. Medium suits can't dodge them at all! |

Guess you don't know that sprinting and switching weapons can put away your scanner before the scan is duration has elapsed...
Not to mention that it's harder to tell which red dot has the scanner than it is to tell which red dot is the scout. The one that appears with your Focused scan that didn't appear on your squadmate's advanced scan is probably the scout, or a dampened medium like me :) |

Above stats are slightly different from the Militia Caldari Medium Frames. Since I don't think many of these will be floating around, it's up to you whether you want to add them to your suit database.
Appearance-wise the suit itself is interesting, with the white plates of the Advanced Cal Assault over a greenish-gray jumpsuit accented with red, instead of the usual all black. |

hydraSlav's, I've noticed that the shield delays are updated to reflect the penalty for stacking shield extenders. However, I don't think they are currently working in game as they should (they should have a 7% delay with each complex extender, plus stacking penalties applied just as with armor). In testing this myself, I experience a delay of 12 seconds between self-flux and shield regen, upon using a Cal Logi with 5 complex extenders.
I'll see if I can get some more data for you and maybe you can reason out what the in-game mechanic is. I'm convinced that it's not the same as what CCP is saying on paper. |
