Now alot of us DUST 514 players keep complaining to each other but not many have done alot to bring this is to CCP's attention that I have seen for myself.

So to get into this I am a tank driver who has tanks at values off 800k to 1.5mill for just MADRUGAR's and just this week alone lost 8 tanks to randome blue dots or (friendlies) on the field with the out come of a BOOMM. I for one am getting really tiered of blue dots stealing my tanks and having a field day on the battle field and loosijg my ISK. TIME. And DEDICATION of over 3 million Skill Points put into my tanks. I am not saying this is a problem for fellow corp mates because i can actully talk to them and the fact is corp mates dont steal my tanks and vehicles but the randome people in this game on instant battle witch is as I already said.

To solve this I say CCP should implement something to were only corp members can take your stuff in the case of you dropping something for them as fare as randomes go I say look it. THEY SHOULD NOT be able to touch it besides the side turets. So if your a blue dot on the field you shoul only be able to go into the side turrets not the driver seat.

This is. Thread for any and all vehicles and drivers alike as a discusstion and vote for CCP to lock. The driver seat to all not in your corp and a vote in the hopes for CCP to do something if anything is possible to be done.

Hasn't happened to me yet, but one of my corp mates did do it to a blue dot random in one match, stole his tank and lost it almost immediately. I let him know how not cool it was, but it was still funny.

Other than that, it's down to you to look after your stuff, and if a tank costs that much, don't even let a blueberry smell it. Use it for competitive matches.

On the other hand, I have lost quite a few very expensive LAVs (300,000+ ISK) to random blues hopping in the drivers seat while I am running solo and mowing people down in a heavy suit from my LAV's blaster cannon. this is one of my favorite things to do when I am runing solo. As well I constantly have to drive random blue joy riders into the red zone to get them to get the hell out of my truck so that when I pull up to a group of reds I can properly hop on the cannon and mow them down. At this point, I would like to appeal to the humanity of anyone who is reading this now: please, PLEASE, I implore you, begging from upon my knees; if you should see me in an LAV do not try to get in, PLEASE! Thank you To the op: yes the ability to lock an LAV would be nice; however, there have been many threads concerning the matter, not that I mind another one.

If you want a safe way to ditch the driver's, bring a friend who can hold the spot for you. Only problem is that the lock timer on your vehicle (when you first call in a vehicle, there IS a short delay before anyone else can take over) starts as soon as you initiate the RDV request, so if you call a tank in while a lot of other vehicles are being called, it sometimes unlocks before the RDV decloaks, and someone can just run up and steal it because of that. If there was a 2 - 3 second timer that started after landing, or if it started a short timer from the moment the RDV actually arrives over the battlefield, this would be a much more reliable method of protecting players' vehicles from blueberry theft.

CCP definetly either needs to block out the ghost ride jihad jeep teamkill or just make it to where nobody but a corpie can touch your whip. \
