If this was in space (EVE, not Dust) 600mil ISK is worth nothing. Not even the space used to "report" on it.

If he actually fact-checked and had somewhat of an idea what he was talking about, maybe he'd get better results.
But seriously, saying 600mil lost in EVE (unless I'm missing my complimentary Dust cruiser, which then I need to go bug CCP again) is just downright silly, especially that it needs a fleet to guard...people transport billions of ISK alone everyday without problems (unless they autopilot...then they're kinda asking for the gankers to come after them...)
Fact-checking: As important in-game as it is IRL...
EDIT: Overlooked another silly part of this...ISK transfer isn't through physical means, in Dust or EVE... |

I really want to see how you'd actually transport ISK in a ship; any ship. And not in the form of mods, ammo, rigs, skillbooks, PLEX, tradegoods, and any other physical item that I have not included. |
