why is it that when someone posts a "tanks are op" thread anywhere, the majority of the posts n that thread are agreeing with it yet when there a thread saying that av equipment is op (which a lot of it is) everyone jumps in and says it needs to be buffed not nerfed WTF? theres no logic in that other than the infantry of this game wanting to make this another COD game.

So you're confused that people who say tanks are OP get lots of agreement, while people who say the opposite get the opposite reaction?

I'm confused about why this is confusing...

Tanks are OP: Everyone says yes.
Anti-tank weapons are OP: Everyone says no.

Most players think (incorrectly) that tanks are more powerful than they should be. If they were correct, the logical solutions would be to either buff AV or nerf tanks. When someone says tanks are OP, people who think tanks are OP will agree. When someone says AV is OP, people who think tanks are OP will ask for a buff instead.

As someone who runs both AV and tanks on multiple characters, the balance between AV and vehicles is pretty good right now. There are issues with Missile Turrets having been over-nerfed, and some problems with even the better turrets having (only slightly) too many drawbacks for their advantages. If they straighten up how tank weapons work so they're more balanced instead of being underpowered, maybe AV will need a buff, but at the moment, it works well, and so do tanks.

interesting reply, im just wondering why nobody sees this flaw of judgment, every time someone cries "assaults are OP" everyone criticizes them, but when "everything else is OP" everyone says nerf it all.

What baffles me is that when someone posts the "tanks are OP" thread, everyone jumps in for support. However, when I post a thread about how the main tank turret should be controlled separately from the driver, everyone is against it.
