I guess i haven't checked, but can you make alliances in DUST?
Or is everyone expected to join this corp, and thus everyone has to apply to the FSC, and everyone will be tagged under FSC eventually?
Honestly I think it's a really good idea, good thinkin! |

xLTShinySidesx wrote:Hey, I won't be in game this weekend due to the Easter holiday and family but to answer an earlier question, no you don't join our corp, your corp becomes an alliance with our corps (verbally) agreeing to help us defend our planet and we'll do the same for your corp and if you want to take another district, we'll help you fight the battle.
If you don't have a corp, you're more than welcome to join any of the corps in the alliance.
The more corps our alliance gets the bigger the planet we can secure on opening day of PC, so far we have 3 corps allianced which will not give us enough to own a planet, we need one more for that and we will be able to obtain a small planet with four districts(the smallest planets have 4), 1 district for each corp to control, however, if we get more to alliance we can take a bigger planet which will make it tougher for the bigger corps to take from us.
I'm tracking now. The alliance is based off a verbal agreement, since the mechanics of alliances hasn't been added. That's what had me thrown off, heh.
My corp would like to join if you'll have us? Only a few of us in it as of now, but I just started actively recruiting outside of our guild which is in various other games at the moment. So hopefully i'll be able to bring some more killers to FSC's cause ;) |

For your situational awareness (fysa) there is another group of small corps called "Federation of Small Corps". THeir thread is here Federation of Small Corps
Maybe get them on the same sheet of music that we are? I don't see how it'd be beneficial for anyone who is in a small corp conglomerate to compete with another small corp conglomerate...? I just think that Instead of a bunch of small corps potentially double fisting, alliances maybe we just condense into one, and thus only have 1 website to help keep the potentially large amount of small corps all on the same page and a similar focus?
Just a thought.

Right on. I accidentally deleted the email with the info for the chat channel.
could you post it here or in the FSC forum, or message it to me again?
thanks, and sorry for the inconvenience |

Chibi Andy wrote:hmmmm a coalition of small corps does sounds nice, but whats to say the alliance will stay peacefully??? whats to stop another corp going rogue by either giving up districts on purpose or back stabbing other corps?
not saying that it will happen its a nice idea thats for sure, but for us small corps we'd like to know whats on the table before committing.
Mutual support. The whole premise is that we cannot defend all our territory by ourselves individually as a small corp, and obviously breaking your agreement to the alliance, your territory will likely be dissolved as the rest of the corps would bring allllll kinds of pain to you and yours.
BUT, that's also the wonders of the EVE universe... BACKSTABBING is a completely legit game mechanic heh. |

I can't speak for all the CEO's in FSC, but I can't imagine you guys would get turned away.
You are absolutely right Alina, in comparison to larger corps, 150+ members in a corp is relatively small.
