no weapon should to 530+ shield damage from miles away before I can turn around and even think about heading back into cover, only to watch my 300 armor melt just as fast as my shields as I take my second step towards cover
it's a combination of a broken weapon, broken damage mods, and slow damage notification. |

I kill LR users with little effort on a daily basis, but if one catches you in the open, you're dead before you can even line up a shot. SOMEBODY is analpained the LR is getting nerfed |

SOMEBODY is analpained the LR is getting nerfed so if a weapon catches you in it's strongest area and you die its the weapons fault? ccp i can kill shotgun users, but when i go close to them they kill me before i can do anything. please nerf. it's actually really easy to out-strafe most shotgun users and even from 2 meters away, shotguns kill me slower than LRs do from 80m
every weapon, regardless of it's effective range, should still give you a fighting chance to either kill them or get back into cover. I have little issues with HMGs, shotguns, and mass drivers up close. the LR gives you neither of these options. you're either dead or so severely crippled you can't even think about moving or else he's going to look in your general direction and kill you. |

Not once did I say a weapon outside of it's optimal range should have a fighting chance.
I have killed both annie and jane.
LR dominates it's optimal range too hard, this has been a well known issue for a long time. |
