 I would like to see the overall effectiveness of damage types against armor/shields and the headshot modifiers for weapons. I have heard that the scrambler pistol is 450% bonus on headshot but I do not know where to find such information.

 You can see the "headshot" modifiers if you aim (aim down sights) for different areas of an enemy merc or vehicle. You get a percentage effectiveness for each different weapon. So if you aim down sights at an enemy using assault rifle you get something like 110% headshot, sniper rifle is maybe %165, scramble like you said is 450% or so.
 
 I think it is for each round that connects. Not sure if it differs between types of weapons in the same class, breach vs. tactical for example. But it should. Just to make the game more interesting over the long run.
 
 Best way to test it out would be to set up a corp battle with some friendlies and try out all of the different weapons you have. Larger corporations have probably already done this.

 sniper rifle headshot is 195%.. then there is also range as well that has to be taken into account and I do believe you can also look at allies and still get this info

 Range one is interesting too if you can get someone to stand still long enough and walk away from them
