Do I agree with everything he said? No, but he does have some valid points.

I will say this:

Anyone who thinks Dust is great is lying to themselves, or smoking that CCP pole.

Dust has lots of problems. Bad matchmaking, wonky spawns(yes, it still does happen, even with the new horde spawns), and poor documentation amongst them.

Further, the claim that someone has an anti-dust agenda is just ********. You think his goal is to bring down Dust, as opposed to just not liking it.

Also, using his dislike stats as a metric is not remotely viable. You hit the forums and asked for people to go and dislike his vid, and bomb him with comments, and then you point out that he has dislikes? Come on now.

Lastly, in spite of his mention of numerous other franchises he said he enjoyed, you do nothing but reference CoD.

So no, even though I don't agree with his method of presenting his argument, I can see why he would do it in such a manner. If I had posted a critique of a game and then had to deal with rabid fanboys, I would be pissed too.

I'm getting tired of your videos. Didn't bother to watch yours all the way through, so sorry if I miss some point you were ultimately trying to make. I'll repeat a few of my points from last time. (never went back to read the responses to my last post against you, so don't assume I read those.)

Making personal attacks against him just promotes the fact that you are an ultimate fanboy raging about someone having a bad review against your favorite game, and therefore demotes your credibility as a critic.

Saying he had an anti-Dust agenda made me laugh. Making conspiracy theories just demotes your credibility even more.

Speaking of conspiracy theories, you'd be a lot more justified about suspecting a conspiracy if you were Benjamin, considering you did conspire against him by linking his video on this forum, where everyone that is left playing this game is a Dust fanboy, I mean, God forbid someone has a different opinion from you, right?

I never once asked anyone to go and dislike his videos. I actually saw the original hate video posted on Twitter and Reddit. My entire point with the dislike stats is that he was bragging in his new video about how his video was a success because it got 1,000 views.

As I've stated before, the only reason I use Call of Duty as a reference is because in his original video, that's what he uses. I talk about how he uses Call of Duty as a template of what good FPSs should be and that's what's wrong with him.

Beyond that, of course his video would get massive dislikes from the people on CCP's junk. What else are they going to do, not like we have new maps to play on right?

Ultimately, he made an angry video where he comes across as someone who really hates dust. He lists his reasons, some valid, some less so. Your response is to call him names and tell him he sucks.

Heck, even your attempt to discuss how the game is not P2W is wrong. Whats funny about it is that the hater doesn't even know about the actual P2W items in the market place. If he did he would have probably raged harder.

Don't get me wrong. I love this game. But he's completely right.

The only reason I love this game is the concept and the skill progression... having said that however..

the spawns are broken, the terrain, the movement, the hit detection, the bouncing into/off of walls, taking dmg when falling 2 feet, vehical movement, vehicals exploding when coliding at 2 feet per second. Climbing up/down cliffs, getting stuck on tiny rocks. Menu's taking forever to load, I can't even open up the score screen to peak at scores without killing myself cause it takes ages to load. ALL broken, broken broken totally broken. Basically any and all of the fundamental fps mechanics are all broken, its only the skill system and the long term potential that gives this game any hope. I would never tell any of my fps friends to try this game because I want them to wait and try it if/when its all fixed as they might never come back if they where to try it now...

There's no point in lying about it or pretending this isnt true. The game mechanics are crap. Lets try to improve them and make them better in the long run but closing our eyes and screaming "no they aint" doesn't help in the least.

His newest hate video pretty much had the same topics besides the bit about the Dust fanboys. That's why I didn't go into detail again. I had already discussed all of that.

And yeah, my P2W explanation was a little vague. The items you get with Aurum are just advanced versions of what you can't get yet, so theoretically, if you put in the time, you can get mostly equal items. That's why I said people who buy games early basically have the same advantage.

I agree with some of the things that guy said, but the way he presented it was confrontational, and immature. Unfortunately so was yours. So it is pretty hard to take either video seriously.

I do want to make a point though about the P2W stuff. Most of the items are exactly as you say, that they save you time, and time only. However, there are also a select few items that are available with Aurum only, that have better stats than their ISK counter parts. That is called selling supremacy goods, and it is absolutely P2W.

I don't really have a problem with it, but people who get so upset about people referring to P2 need ot be aware of the fact that there are actually a couple of items like that.

I mean, I would have given your video a like if you hadn't called him a knob gobbler etc, just because I don't like the way his argument was presented. There is no need to resort to personal attacks, especially over a video game.

I am of the opinion that if you are ready to scream at someone, anyone, over a video game, you just need to put the controller down and go find a nice female(or male) to keep you company in the real world. P2W if you have to, but get some stress out.
