As per the subject line.
A simple question for CCP.
Will you categorically rule out changes to player creation after the beta i.e. once "officially" released that will provide new characters with advantage over a similar character created today. In effect closing the gap between current players and new ones?
This would influence my decision (and I imagine others) to spend money on this game during beta if items purchased had a lower intrinsic value once the game is deemed released.
Given CCP is recovering some costs from the game in a beta phase, and the items available for purchase relate to skill point advancement they should be forthcoming on their position. |

actually it's been backwards of what your thinking. previously you could get the militia BPO's at a way cheaper aurum cost than they are currently available for now. so if you happen to buy all of them you saved a Ton of $ compared to there cost now. |

Valid questions, hope a dev gives some what vague answer, I wouldn't mind seeing what they think about this. |

The answer is yes and no.
Yes as in newer players will be getting boost when starting their new lives out, such as better starter boosters, birthday skillpoint, fits, skill sets. This is to help a new player get into a good spec early, quickly, and start being effective on day one despite the presence of veterans. This review of skills and conviences has been done nearly bi-annually in eve online. Also with every waking moment every chance to improve new player experiences since that is probably going to be the first fish hook into the game. A good npe that flows a player into the epic amounts of content later on is a good NPE, (unlike some NPEs where the tutorial is more epic than the rest of the game.... combined...)
No as it will never be sufficient to catch up to a veterans however. Luckily for you though if you play this game long enough you will begin to realize something. That there is a thing called a level cap, and that no matter how much SP you spend you are not making that one suit, or fitting any better for it has reached its max SP penitential and any additional SP spent is for things not on that fitting. |

I'm not quite sure what you are indicating.
However, the question stands. |

I'd like a non-vague answer.
The question still stands. |

I will consider a response to this however the question still stands.

BREAKING: The question remains standing. It was standing earlier and by all accounts, it is still standing. We had unconfirmed reports of it taking a break and lying down earlier but were unable to substantiate these. |
