We have 1500+ members. We allow all our new players in corp battles 8 vs 8 so go ahead and brag all you want about a win.

You right that honor still belongs to Zion, our apologies, contrabandjoe created the largest player run npc corp in Dust. Not a bad idea to add zion to the list too, or maybe tritan so it can get its numbers back up.

Even zion has some skill depth in their roster compared to PRO. No one deserves the title of player controlled NPC corp as much as PRO.

I have to admit they are helping CCP a lot by training the playerbase. This game kind of expects new players to figure it out on their own. CCP needs to just put a very small percentage of new players in PRO as a starting corp.

Match that graph to a figurative learning curve that is DUST / FPS. All these PRO scrub comments are true in a lot of cases. Yes we lose. But we also have a large amount of great players. Most all our members have joined Dust in the last 4 weeks. Not all of us have been around for 8-10 months. If we removed all the low KDR members and left only the top players you would have other comments about us. And we wouldn't be forum clowns like most of you are.

pretty sure CCP already confirmed that losing territory while ur asleep wouldnt be happening so im sure some sort of Reinforcement timers would be in place.

Also seeing as CCP confirmed they want to make small corps/grps be able to do stuff and not just let more number = win like in EVE and lastly seeing as CCP also said zerg tactics would be terrible in fights over PODs this further puts a dent into ppls zerging-to-win policy

Numbers will be important just not as important as corps like PRO think or at least not in the same way they assume its gonna work.

In an FPS which suppose to be skill based having pure numbers win fights is dumb
some ppl under the assumption that they can and will just zerg all districts at once or can attack at any time

U should be given a choice of districts and have some sort of progession/war front when u claim districts more on the planet open up so it feels like a real campaign and not just Derpity Derp we got 1500+ players lets just all mindlessly attack this planet and win cuz only way to stop it is for them to counter zerg themselves = stupid, boring gameplay that alot of EVE players already dont like in EVE and its gonna be worse for a skill based game like an FPS

Because there is no skill in reading the map, fast reflexes, intelligent positioning and being good at playing the mind games that are required for high skill competitive games. Would you also say that basketball takes no skill? Its just throwing a ball in a cup.

There will be more skills required to succeed in Dust than simple FPS skills. If your corp doesn't have the skilled leadership necessary to actually put together more than 10 players at a time, then you don't possess the skills necessary to be a successful corp. FPS skill is important, but this is an MMO as well and if you suck at the MMO part you've only got half the equation down.

I'm neither here nor there on my opinion on PRO, the proof will be in the pudding. If you think they've got it wrong, then try to rub them out once the game releases. Talk is cheap. If you win that war, then you were right and they were wrong.

That goes both ways. You can't come into dust thinking your MMO/leadership/meta game skills are going to carry you while we kill you over and over again. Its a different game down here. We shoot people in the face and then drop our nuts in thier mouth for fun/tears. This no country for old...EVE pilots.

I'm with you man. I know you guys get a lot of **** too, and it's really not that different than the **** that PRO gets, just at the opposite end of the spectrum. You might not believe this, but I've got a lot of respect for what you guys over in Negative Feedback are doing. Trust me when I say that Subdreddit is well aware of your presence and sees the value in your approach, it's just not an approach that every corp needs to take.

You have 1,549 members as of this post. Out of those 1500 you cant find 8... EIGHT that can give a decent battle to average corps in this game.... AVERAGE CORPS.


If you read the planetary conquest wiki it states that corp battles for planets will be 16v16 right now... and you cant field 8 good players.
