Now i really want there to be more things to hack why should i see an enemy nanohive sitting there when i have no ammo and can't hack it to get ammo and help my team as well.
Drop uplinks should be hackable as well lets say some enemy puts it into a good spot and is wrecking your team cause they keep spawning on it. Maybe i could flank around and hack it and get 15 or 20 wp for my troubles and then get back in the fight.
And another cool thing would be the ability to hack a vehicle when an enemy is in it. What if i see a tank not moving maybe he's distracted by my team but uh oh i don't have a swarm or av grenades what should i do? Well you should be able to do a 30 second hack (Without speccing into hacking skills) No i know this one would be hard sense who stays still for 30 seconds? Well it would be worth 100 wp sense its hard to do.
If theres anything else you think should be hackable please comment below.
EDIT the nanohive hack and drop uplink hack should be 3 to 5 seconds to hack depending on level of Nanohive or drop uplink like default at 3 seconds advanced 4 seconds and prototype 5 seconds |

I am sorry but I dont care if you are sitting next to my tank for ten minutes, there is no way a 700,000 ISK tank should be able to be hacked into. The NanoHive hack I can get on board with, but something that is worth that much ISK should have to be taken out. Besides, some tanks are slow so somebody could easily run next to it out of range of the turrets and be able to hack into it. |

I was actually just about to post a new topic in the Suggestions section about hacking nanohives and uplinks. Make it a piece of gear or a module that lets you do this, and have it so you can only have so many active hacks at a time. What I mean by this is currently nanohives and uplinks have their own limit to how many can be active at a time, but if you hack it it no longer obeys that restriction but instead goes off however many your equipment hacking tool allows active. |

or you can just carry your own nanohives and uplinks.
and really, hacking a tank while someone is in it? what happens when you finish, does it boot them out, does it just auto kill them? hows about they just lock you out of the system since they are in direct control of the tank already. |

Why hack a drop uplink to gain 15 points, when you can camp it and gain 500 points? |

Half the enemy team spawns in at once and wipes out the 1-4 campers then their team is free to spawn in and move on to attack your team from the rear because they thought the enemy drop uplink was secure.
Camping a spawn may net you a few extra kills but leaving the enemy more options for where to spawn puts your entire team in danger. |

Have you forgotten about the delay you get when you spawn? Have a few heavies camp it, and anyonr that spawns in will get mowed down. |

No, I haven't forgotten. All the enemy would have to do is spawn in a few heavies themselves and the campers will focus on them (it's seems to be a psychological thing in this game for people to focus on heavies) giving the enemy time to spawn in. Another thing is that campers for the most part focus on the spawn point itself leaving themselves vulnerable to fire from behind, say a sniper or two.
You and I can banter back and forth about this but in the end the tactics we both bring up will only work if people actually use them. |

If you can't manage to camp a drop uplink successfully then that's pretty sad. No team is coordinated enough or want to spend the time to plan out a "lets all spawn at this uplink with this combo of fits to kill the dude camping it." They always come one or two at a time, maybe more if they get lucky.
And most people will just keep spawning there because, well, they are too stupid to press "square" instead of "x." The smart players will just use a default spawn after the first time, leaving only the dumb ones who are easy to kill anyway. |
