I was going to troll your thread but the voice in my head said nah bro be nice his time.

But its basically not gonna happen. Especially once more content and better graphics are added. Especially if we switch to ps4. And grt even better graphics bigger battles and maps your vita would melt in your hands.

You were never going to be able to play DUST on the Vita.

You'll have access to the Neocom and maybe some other goodies, but that's about it.

 Yea this.
Its practically impossible to have dust 514 be playable on a vita, unless they would tone down the graphics, player models etc.
Basically if they made another psp, it would be in the future and could actually literally play ps3 games.

With Gaikai and Remote Play on PS4 you may be able to at some point but the NeoCom app that is being released for Vita is just that, a NeoCom.

Yea..... cloud gaming with reaction-based multiplayer games is a no-no.

If you think the lag is bad now, just wait until you have to send input to some Gaikai server located who knows where, then to the dust servers, then back to the Gaikai servers, then stream the image back to you.

Expect to be gaming like you're playing counter-strike on 56K, cause thats exactly what it feels like... except laggier, because there is no compensation for client side movement. Didn't work for OnLive and it ain't working for Gaikai, either. Herp Derp and silly management decisions isn't going to overcome physics.

If they release Dust for PS4, you will just be streaming from your PS4 to your Vita over a local network.

Actually, a cross-control or remote play, might come in handy for a second controller touch screen map .

 For command controls, and survey.

If they port the title over to PS4, then we should be able to remote play the title though our Vita. At the Sony conference, they mentioned that PS4 titles via streaming could be played through the handheld. *Crosses fingers*

To anyone saying there aren't enough buttons: You map L2/R2 to each half of the back touch pad.

He's actually playing that on a PS3, showing the results of using the Vita app. He's not playing on a Vita.

I'm thinking of getting the PSVita Dust 514 App binary, and running on my ipad or browser. The whole idea of exclusivity in this instance goes against the grain.
 It's probably no good anyway...
